GaussView 6 can display the solvation cavity used for an SCRF calculation. It can display the surface as a solid, a mesh, or as a series of points. The solvation cavity display can be customized. For example, the cavity surface shown below is colored by the atoms in the molecule. The surface has been made transparent by reducing the opacity. The backside has been culled, which allows for a more accessible view of the solvation cavity.
